Can visitors book and pay for flights inside the plugin?
No. The plugin shows live flights and sends visitors to you, but it does not collect customer card payments or create live Duffel orders. Complete payment and ticketing through your established travel-agent workflow.
Do I need a Duffel account?
Yes, for live data. Live search works in the free plugin with your own Duffel account; creating one and searching in test mode is free. Until you add a token, the plugin shows clearly labelled sample flights.
What is the difference between free and Pro?
Free shows live flights, results, the full flight page, and a contact button. Pro adds a flight request form with saved requests and email alerts, your agency fee on displayed prices, a Send on WhatsApp button, search analytics, and custom CSS. Business adds five sites, priority support, and your brand name in the admin menu.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The search and the admin screens follow your WordPress language: English on an English site, Spanish on a Spanish site, with dates and prices formatted to match. There is nothing to configure.
Do I need to be a developer?
No coding is required. Install the plugin, follow the setup wizard, add your Duffel token, and place the shortcode. Familiarity with WordPress administration is helpful.
Does it include hotels?
Not yet. Duffel Stays is a separate product and account-access path. TravelBookingWP currently covers flights.
How do I purchase?
Choose Starter or Business and complete checkout by card or PayPal. Your license key and the Pro download arrive by email right away. Upload Pro to WordPress and paste the key; the free plugin switches off on its own and your settings carry over.
